About

Russell Pachman has been an artist and arts educator in San Francisco for nearly 30 years. He received a BFA from California Institute of the Arts in 1993.

These works attempt to examine that which is either missing, or may soon be gone, taking cues from the landscapes and cityscapes in which the artist lives. The artist employs a combination of techniques including classical print making consisting of intaglio processes like hard ground, aquatint, mezzotint, dry point and sugar lift on both copper and zinc plates, as well as photographic processes, paint, mono print and chine-collé.
